Smart Link (LITE) is easily activated and managed through Ground Control.
Here's how to get started:
Install Ground Control and access the Toolbox section.
Find the Smart Link (LITE) option in the Toolbox.
Toggle the switch to ON to enable the plugin.
To select the collection item’s URL
Open the Link Editor when inserting a link on Squarespace
Start typing your collection slug. As soon as you type a slash (/) after a valid slug, Smart Link will trigger a popup.
This popup will display a list of collection items for you to choose from, making it easy to select the correct URL.The plugin works on Text Link, Image Link and Classic Link Editor in Gallery sections
